Who we are
besttimefor.io is run by Paul Walker out of Malta. The site is a single-operator project: there is no support team, but every email is read and answered personally. For context on the editorial standards and the source of timezone data, see the about page.
What to email about
Anything related to the planner, the city pages, or scheduling problems we haven't covered yet. Specific things that get a fast response: bugs in the overlap math (please include the two cities and the time you saw the wrong figure), missing cities you would use weekly, factual errors on a city-pair page (please paste the URL), and partnership or advertising enquiries from scheduling tools or distributed-team products.
Things we cannot help with directly: account or billing questions for Cal.com or SavvyCal (those are separate products, please contact them directly), and timezone questions that aren't about a specific city pair we publish.
